YOGA

I stepped into the path of yoga over twenty-five years ago as a physical practice, and after sports related injures, followed the path of yoga into the unknown to heal my body and settle my mind. Yoga continues to fuel my curiosity and to be the best version of myself. I am first and foremost a student and teach through deep passion, life experience, love, perseverance, dedication and discipline. My introspection into the science of yoga remains endless and it’s with deep gratitude that I continue to share the lineage passed on from thousands of years ago.

With a kind and supportive eye and keen ability to listen, I work with each individual to guide them into physical mobility and comfort, balance, breath and meditation.

I am most grateful for the individuals who have supported and encouraged me along the way, most importantly my family; Johnny, Sophia, Ava and Nicolas Tozzi. Along with them, I hold deep respect and thanks to my teachers including; Dr. Paula Bromberg, Adi Amar, Bhavani Maki, Eddie Modestini, Eddy Marks & Mary Obendorfer, Rod Stryker, Sianna Sherman, Dr. Lorin Roche, Sadhguru and Ainslie Mintz. PRACTICE WITH MEAGHAN

All yoga sessions offer a personalized and professional approach to support the individual(s). I’ll work closely with you to help identify your unique needs and which modality is the most appropriate.


PRIVATE YOGA OFFERINGS

Private Sessions $140 per hour for one person
Semi-private Yoga Instruction $160 per hour for two persons
Group Private $175 per hour for three to five persons
Group $200 per hour for six to twenty persons
Group Intensives and Retreats by request

RETREATS & WORKSHOPS

Continue your wellness journey with retreats and events.

Join me in a five week series to explore and experience the art and progression of Movement, Mindfulness and Meditation. The five sessions are guided using subtle preparatory poses, breath, and meditation to support you in your body while bringing ease to the mind.  The meditations are for all levels, taught in a safe, supportive, and healing environment.  Students will learn various practices to shift perspective and awareness of themselves and their lives in order to respond to life from a place of love, kindness and compassion. The essence of how to feel ones moment to moment awareness; presence.

WHERE: Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center, Wilson, Wyoming

WHEN: All sessions begin promptly at 5:30pm and will finish at 6:45pm

Please bring a dedicated journal and a pen/pencil to each meditation. You will also need something comfortable to sit. Recommended props are: yoga mat, meditation pillow, bolster, and two blocks. Chairs are available in the meditation space.
